TRM WaterWire®-JC

4 x 18 AWG Jumper Cable
232°C operating temperature

TRM WaterWire®-JC can be used to connect sections of TRM WaterWire®-HT sensor cable that are located at some distance from the monitoring device.   In many cases, external jumper wire. running in conduit or cable trays outside the steam conduit system can be used to connect remote sections of sensor cable.   But in some instances, it may be less expensive to pull jumper cable through the steam conduit system.    TRM WaterWire®-JC is rated for long term exposure to 250°C.   It is designed to perform its interconnect function for many years in the very high ambient temperature of a steam conduit system.

TRM WaterWire®-JC consists of 4 x 18AWG nickel plated stranded conductors.   The conductors are color coded red, green, black and yellow corresponding to the standards for four wire leak detection cable established in the 1980’s.    The outer jacket is a black fiberglass braided sleeve infused with a high temperature saturant to minimize fraying.
